Really happy with the installation of a new soakaway. Great communication, good price and completed on time. Jack was really friendly and very mindful of not bringing mud into the house without needing to be asked. We discovered that the downpipe needed a very small adjustment which was resolved the next day. He took waste as agreed and tidied up to a high level. I'm fairly confident he left our garden tidier than he found it! Would definitely recommend and use again.
